We had North Texas Heating & Air out to our house to check an A/C unit that a home inspector said was not cooling properly. The scheduler was friendly, professional, and courteous, as was the technician that came to our home. The technician showed up on time, checked out the system (found no problem, btw), and we were charged a very reasonable price. Would definitely use them again.

I bought a split system for a recently finished upstairs room. It quit cooling, and due to a communication breakdown I was very unhappy. Rodney Preston opened up the line of communication again and my split system is now cooling. I really appreciate the extra effort from Rodney. He will be the one I call for my air conditioning needs.
